"Generally all fine with the trip.
- I had made a couple of minor adjustments to the pickup time and place (next door), but despite my asking twice I did not receive a confirmation email
- I had ordered two child seats for the taxi, but they weren't there. Luckily we had their own two seats with us which we used, otherwise they would have travelled without seats
- On returning to the hotel I got a call asking if I still wanted the taxi. Not sure why I would get that call, having arrived back at the hotel. Is there a comms issue at the company ?
So, the above were not necessarily critical, but thought I would mention then anyway
